The man in charge of the npower Championship match between Millwall and Peterborough United is DARREN BOND.

Bond is in his first full League campaign as a referee! He has also had just one season in charge of Blue Square Premier games and so is yet another rookie for Posh this season!! This match against the Lions will actually be his first Championship match!

The Lancashire based referee has officiated 18 games this season showing 52 yellow cards and just one solitary red card to Torquay Uniteds Brian Saah.

His last match refereeing came last Tuesday when he oversaw a goalless draw between Hartlepool and Portsmouth. Two yellow cards were issued with both going to visiting players.

The assistant referees for the Millwall v Posh match are Andrew Laver and Adrian Gillett. The fourth official is Ian Cooper.
