Peterborough United are to hold a special evening to launch their new kit for the forthcoming season.
Posh are introducing a new home and away kit for the forthcoming League One season and they will be holding a special launch evening for the home kit.
The event will take place on Thursday, 10th July in the Caroline Hand Executive Suite at London Road. The event costs just £1 for supporters to attend, but you must obtain a ticket prior to the event from the London Road Box Office, Club Shop or online at www.theposhtickets.com.
As part of the introduction to the evening, attendees will receive a free soft drink and you will have a chance to win the first new home shirt as part of a lucky draw. If you`re not the lucky one, you can also buy the new home shirt as the Club Shop will be open throughout the evening.
The Johnstone’s Paint Trophy will also be in attendance on the evening with supporters’ able to have their picture taken with the silverware won last season while the new shirt sponsors, Mick George, will be in attendance to talk about the new partnership.
The event, which runs from 6.30pm until 8pm (doors open at 6pm), will also include a question and answer session with manager Darren Ferguson before the new kit is modelled on the catwalk.
A current player from the Academy, a first team squad member and a club legend will take to the catwalk to model the new Nike home kit.
Anyone not attending the event but who want to get their hands on the new kit, it will go on sale to supporters from 10am the following day [Friday, 11th July].
