The first Player of the Month Poll for 2015/16 is now up and running for August 2015.
Posh haven`t started the season in the fashion they were hoping for. Instead of being near the top of League One, they find themselves just outside the relegation places!
August provided Posh with five League matches of which they won just once. They did finish the month off with arguably their best all-round performance which resulted in a one-all draw with Gillingham who were top of League One prior to the match!
Posh did also make it to the second round of the Capital One Cup after overcoming Crawley Town two-nil in the first round before being thumped 4-1 by a Charlton side containing many of their academy players!
The first five League matches sees Posh in a lowly 18th place with four points; three points above bottom side Blackpool but a massive nine points behind League leaders Walsall who are unbeaten in the League so far with four wins out of five.
