What do you think the score will be in the Sky Bet League One match between Walsall and Peterborough United?

Walsall Away

Walsall -Vs- Peterborough United
Venue: Banks’ Stadium
Date: Saturday, 15th October, 2014
Kick-off: 15:00pm

Posh will be hoping their win in last weekend FA Cup tie against Carlisle United will be the catalyst to get their season going again. Prior to the Cup match, Posh had lost three League matches on the bounce and had dropped down to 7th place.

Posh have won four and lost four away matches this season but they`ve only won once in their last five away games!

The Saddlers currently sit in 16th place in League One after a disappointing first quarter of the season. They were hoping to im[prove on last season after having a very good season up until the final six matches. They were chasing the play-off pack in 8th place and just two points outside the play-offs but they failed to win any of their final six matches which saw them drop down the table finishing in 13th place.

So far this season, Walsall have played eight home League matches, winning three, drawing three and losing just two matches. Those two defeats were against the current bottom two teams in the League – Crewe Alexandra and Yeovil Town – something that sounds strangely familiar to Posh fans!

Last season, Walsall had the upper hand on Posh as they won 2-0 at the Banks` Stadium before battling out a goalless draw in the corresponding fixture at London Road in February.
