Is Scott Quigley the striker Peterborough United want to replace striker Tom Nichols?
With Posh a striker short now Tom Nichols has joined fellow League One side Bristol Rovers, a replacement is being sought who will complement the other three strikers still at the club.
Posh will know the player they want as they always have lists of players they`d like to sign should any of their own players get sold or leave for any reason.
Various names have already been doing the rounds such as Dagenham and Redbridge`s Ollie Hawkins and Matt Godden from Stevenage. However, on Saturday, when Posh were playing QPR, there was apparently someone sitting in the stands watching the match and who could be in line to replace Nichols.
Scott Quigley currently plays for Welsh side The New Saints and has lifted every major Welsh trophy! The powerful forward has also played against the likes of Slovan Bratislava, B36 Torshavn and Videoton in the UEFA Champions League, scoring his first European goal away to B36 Torshavn in 2015.
Quigley also scored a memorable brace against Bala Town in the 2015 League Cup Final.
